Blue Sky Business Solutions Limited are delighted to have been selected by DELLS to provide subsidised Management Development training opportunities to Team Leaders, Middle Managers and Senior Managers in South East Wales and South West Wales as one of their network of quality assured providers. Since our formation in 1998 we have gained a reputation for developing and delivering innovative and effective Management Development programmes and business improvement initiatives to a range of organisations.

To meet the needs of the programme we have developed a selection of Open Programmes that will help to develop your Managers and Team Leaders to motivate, influence and support colleagues and build effective teams that have the desire, commitment and energy to succeed. We also develop customised programmes and workshops to cater for specific organisational needs and requirements.

Our workshops are always highly enjoyable and consist of a blend of action, reflection and application; feedback from attendees indicates that our powerful mix of knowledge and experience as managers helps to make the learning effective, live and enjoyable for the participants.
