Sustainable Performance Improvement - Consultancy

Our approach to consultancy is based on the application of a unique model to determine the most appropriate approach for each individual organisation. The outcome of a full, initial application of the model is a strategic implementation plan, with a risk assessment rating of success through application of our unique Initiative Measurement Process (IMP) and an ongoing monitoring plan that is based on a combination of the real improvement needs of the organisation and the company's culture, structure and responsiveness or openness to change.
